The Fienile – meaning barn in Italian – was originally used as a hayloft during the early days of the farm. Sibilla, one of the owners with extensive culinary experience, together with her partner Aran has transformed the space into an intimate farm-to-table restaurant. Located next to the Fallocchio guesthouse and just a short walk from Erta, the restaurant offers breathtaking views of our lush pastures and vineyards. Since opening its doors in 2021, Fienile has become a favorite for our guests seeking authentic, locally-sourced cuisine. The restaurant features a cozy indoor dining area with a view of the kitchen, as well as a charming terrace for al fresco dining when the weather allows. With seating for approximately 30 guests, Fienile provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for a memorable dining experience.

Our menu, which changes weekly, is driven by the harvest from our large organic vegetable garden. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest farm products, including seasonal cheeses from our dairy, wine and olive oil, as well as meats from our livestock and locally sourced game.

The wine list features the farm’s wines plus a small selection of other Tuscan wineries.

From March to October, Fienile opens for dinner several nights a week. We will contact our guests the week before their visit to confirm the best days for dining. For groups of 12 or more, we are happy to accommodate lunch or dinner on any day.

We also host private celebrations, offering a selection of cocktails and canapès, Tuscan tapas, birthday dinners, and other tailored events.
