Shop

Here you can taste and buy all our products – wine, cheese and olive oil – and see where they are produced. We also sell local delicacies such as cured meats, locally made jams and delicious biscuits.

Our farm shop is located on the Corzano side of the farm, next to the dairy and cellar in Via San Vito di Sopra (see map).
The shop is open:

April to September Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm

October to March Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1pm

OUR TOURS & TASTINGS

Tastings available:
In summer from 9am to 5 pm
In winter from 9am to 1pm

Come and visit us and we will be happy to introduce you to Corzano and Paterno. We will accompany you on a guided tour of the farm, and you will visit the cellars and have an explanation of the dairy. After the visit we will offer you a taste of our products accompanied by local honey and jams and if you wish you can buy them directly.

Tastings are held on the courtyard in front of the shop overlooking the hills or in tasting rooms which are incorporated into Corzano’s ancient walls. Please note that our office is closed at the weekend and requests received Saturday and Sunday will be answered Monday.

Price: 25 euros per person, children under 12 free, maximum 20 people
Duration circa 45 minutes, available from 10am to 12 pm (winter) and 10am to 5 pm (summer)

Wine and Cheese Tasting with Tour

Vineyard walk and cellar tour, explanation of the dairy (no entry) with a description of the production process..
A tasting follows:

Four wines
Four cheeses served with Mostarda di Cremona (chutney) or locally produced honey
Extra virgin olive oils
Tuscan Bread

Price: 30 euros per person, children under 12 free.
Maximum 20 people.
Duration circa 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting times 11am and 4pm (afternoon only in the summer)
