Whole bunch pressed.
Temperature controlled fermentation between 13 an 15 °C for 20-25
No malolactic fermentation.
On lees until beginning of February 2019
10500 Bottles produced.
Alc. 12 % Total Acidity 5.7g/l pH 3.2
Residual sugars 1g/l.
