Varieties
Chardonnay 55% Petit Manseng 20% Semillon 10%Sauvignon Blanc 10% Trebbiano and Malvasia 5%
Manual harvest for Chardonnay Semillon and
Sauvignon Blanc between 23 and 28 August.
Petit Manseng and Trebbiano on 13th of September.
Whole bunch pressed.
Temperature controlled fermentation 15 °C
for 20-25 days separated for variety.
No malolactic fermentation.
On lees until beginning of February 2019
28000 Bottles produced.
Alc. 13.5 % Total Acidity 6g/l pH 3.2
Residual sugars 1g/l.
